WATER BASED PIGMENT DISPERSIONS (AQUARINE) FOR GARMENT DYING
TTC Ltd Aquarine Garment Dyeing range is a range of colour in the form of water based pigment dispersions. These high quality pigment dispersions are specially formulated for Garment Dyeing using pigment dispersions rather than traditional dyes in combination with the customers dyeing system.
Pigment dyeing consists of three core steps, cationisation of the fabric, pigment exhaustion on the fabric and the binder application.
Pigment dyeing offers several core advanatages:
1. It is applicable to a wide range of textiles
2. The process of pigment dyeing can be relatively cheap
3. The process chemicals are less toxic, more environmentally friendly and less polluting
Below is our standard range of colour dispersions per colour index. Other colours may be possible and we would encourage contact with our sales team to discuss needs and commercial viability. Various packing options are available from 30 Kg tubs to IBC (1,000 kgs).
